Printzillion Satisfaction Guarantee and Returns Policy

Guarantee Duration: Printzillion offers a Satisfaction Guarantee for Kitchen Peel-and-Stick Vinyl Backsplash (“Product”) purchases made on our website, printzillion.com, valid for one (1) month from the date of purchase (“Guarantee Period”).

Coverage: Printzillion is committed to your satisfaction with our Kitchen Peel-and-Stick Vinyl Backsplash (“Product”). If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within one (1) month of the purchase date for:

• Free Replacement / Exchange with the Product of Your Choice: If you are not satisfied with the quality, craftsmanship, color, or fit of the Product, you can choose to replace or exchange it with a new backsplash kit of your choice, completely free of charge.

• Full Refund: If you are still not satisfied after receiving a replacement / exchange, or if you simply change your mind about the Product, you can choose to receive a full refund of the purchase price.

Exclusions: This Guarantee does not cover:

  • Products that have been used, installed, or altered in any way
  • Products that are damaged due to misuse, abuse, negligence, or accident
  • Products returned after the Guarantee Period
  • Failure to adhere to the guidelines in the Product Usage Policy. Carefully review the Product Usage Policy before using our products. This policy outlines your responsibilities for using our products, such as vinyl kitchen backsplashes.

Return Process

  1. To initiate a replacement, exchange or refunds under this Guarantee, please contact Printzillion customer service at support@printzillion.com within the Guarantee Period.
  2. You are responsible for securely packaging and shipping the Product back to Printzillion.
  3. Once Printzillion receives and inspects the returned Product, you will have the option to choose either a free replacement or free exchange with a new backsplash kit of your choice, or to receive a full refund of the purchase price.

Additional Information

  • Please retain your purchase receipt from printzillion.com for warranty purposes.
  • This Guarantee is limited to the original purchaser of the Product purchased on printzillion.com and is not transferable.
