Effective Date: October 1, 2023
Warranty Duration: Printzillion warrants it’s Kitchen Peel-and-Stick Vinyl Backsplash purchased on our website, printzillion.com (“Product”) to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase (“Warranty Period”).
Coverage: This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship of the Product itself purchased on printzillion.com and installed on kitchen walls. It does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, or accident
- Improper installation, including failure to follow the provided instructions
- Damage caused by exposure to extreme temperatures, harsh chemicals, or other external factors such as fire, flood, or extreme weather conditions.
- Your 1-year warranty is dependent on proper product usage as outlined in our Product Usage Policy. To ensure your peace of mind and eligibility for warranty coverage, please take a moment to carefully review the policy. Any product damage deemed a result of improper usage, as defined in the policy, will unfortunately void your warranty.
Remedies: In the event of a defect covered by this warranty, Printzillion will, at its sole option, provide one of the following remedies:
- Free Replacement of Defective Tiles: Printzillion will provide a free replacement of the number of defective tiles.
- Full Replacement with the Product of Your Choice: If Printzillion determines that a full replacement is necessary, it will provide a new complete backsplash kit of your choice, completely free of charge. You can choose the same design or explore a completely new one – the choice is yours! We’ll ensure the replacement kit matches your original purchase quantity and tile size.
- Full Refund: If you are not satisfied with the replacement options offered by Printzillion, you may be eligible for a full refund of the purchase price.
Claim Process
To initiate a warranty claim for a product purchased on printzillion.com, please contact Printzillion customer service at support@printzillion.com within the Warranty Period and provide proof of purchase.
- You may be required to provide evidence of the defect, such as photographs, videos of installed products or a description of the issue.
- Printzillion reserves the right to inspect the backsplash installation to verify the defect.
- Replacement products will be provided to you completely free of cost. However, any costs associated with installation, removal, or additional materials will not be covered under this warranty.
Disclaimer: This limited warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty offered by Printzillion for the Printzillion Kitchen Walls Peel and Stick Vinyl Backsplash and supersedes any other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute regarding this warranty, the parties will attempt to resolve it amicably through mediation. If mediation fails, the dispute shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, of the Indian Constitution and the rules framed thereunder.
- It is important to follow the provided installation instructions carefully to ensure the validity of this warranty.
- This warranty is limited to the original purchaser of the Product purchased on printzillion.com and is not transferable.
